Living Maori Village
Located in Rotorua, Whakarewarewa - The Living Māori Village offers an authentic cultural experience where visitors can explore Māori traditions and geothermal wonders. Home to the Tūhourangi Ngāti Wāhiao people, the village showcases traditional carving, weaving, and performances, along with guided tours of its geothermal features, including bubbling mud pools and the famous Pohutu Geyser. Visitors can also enjoy a traditional hāngi meal cooked using natural geothermal heat.
